The Ferrolab Excel is Ajay Syscon’s latest development amongst its vast process control instruments. This miniature marvel ushers in a new era of exceptionally high-performance analyzers that need to fulfill the growing needs of the foundry men.

Salient Features
 1) Displays the following parameters on analysis:

  • Bath temperature

  • Undercool temperature (TU)

  • Delta-T temperature (TD)

  • Carbon Equivalent (C)

  • Silicon (Si)

  • Saturated Carbon (SC)

  • Brinnel Hardness (Bhn)

  • Tensile Strength (Rm) 

2) Thermal analysis of 12 iron grades permissible with configurable parameters of each iron grade type.

3) Immersion time can be simulated by user.

  • Max. sampling rate supported is 10 samples/second

  • Max. process time is 240 seconds.

  • Database generation of min.50 previous records of thermal analysis of either both channels or bath temperature, all with the date & time.
